A prepayment of 20% of the booking value, which constitutes a guarantee and confirmation of the booking, is non-refundable in the case of cancellation or no-show.
Business trip?
In accordance with the latest regulations, it is not possible to exchange a receipt for a VAT invoice after issuing a fiscal receipt. If you would like an invoice for your stay, we kindly ask you to provide your company details when making the booking. If you do not provide your company details, a receipt will be issued for your paid stay without the possibility of converting it into a VAT invoice.
