Business trip?
If you would like to have an invoice for your stay, please send us your company details with your VAT number in advance. If we don't receive those details within 24 h, we will issue the receipt without the possibility to change it into the company invoice.

Children policy

Children of all ages are welcome. Free! All children under 6 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years old - 50 PLN/ night on a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Additional charges will not be automatically added to the total cost of the reservation and must be paid directly to the property.

Animal policy

The hotel accepts small dogs (up to 10 kg) provided that the fee is paid and the regulations are signed, up to 1 dog per room.

Cancellation terms

Payment for the stay is made at the hotel. To guarantee the reservation, it is required to provide your credit card details - a maximum of 7 days before the planned arrival, a pre-authorization is made on the card for the amount corresponding to the first day of your stay. This is a temporary blocking of funds on your credit card to ensure adequate financial availability. Free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 1 day before the planned arrival (until 2:00 p.m. on the day before arrival), which results in the release of the pre-authorization block. Cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the day of arrival will result in a charge for the first night of your stay. When booking more than 4 rooms, special conditions may apply and will be communicated during the booking process.
