Dear Hotel Wielopole, My Father and I have just returned home after a wonderfull visit to Krakow city. The trip was made much more pleasurable by our stay in your wonderfull hotel...from the very efficient check-in, the excellent breakfast and restaurant food and service to the friendly nature of all the staff we could find no fault at all. Also I must compliment the hotel cleanliness never have I witnessed such hard working and thorough cleaning staff. Please pass our thanks to all concerned. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to Poland we would not hesitate to stay with you and will recommend you highly. Thank you once more and best wishes to all, Karen and Donald.

Hello all at the Wielopole, I would just like to say what a wonderful stay I had with you from the 3rd to the 7th Sept. What a lovely hotel you have and all of your staff are so warm and friendly, especially Anna on reception who was so very kind to me. I would also like to say a big thank you for my birthday card and small gift in my room when I arrived; it was such a wonderful thing to do. I shall definitely stay with you again and will not hesitate to recommend you to all I know who are visiting Krakow in the future.
So once again many many thanks for making my stay in Krakow just a wonderful experience.

First time in Poland. Everything was at 100% at the Hotel Wielopole. The staff was very kind. Sure we will come back. Krakow is really a city to recommend for a trip.

Cracovia ens ha asradat molt i Polonia en seneral tambe. Hotel Wielopole es molt maco, esta al centre I son molt amable. Visca les Gunyoles Visca Polonia!!!

This is a hotel of a truly world class! Friendly, clean, well equipped. Food is also plentifull and very good. But the best, are the people who work here! Always helpfull, always smiling and cheerfull, going out of their way to make the guest here feel wellcome! From manager, to cleaning ladies, all are just fantastic! They made my stay in Kraków so much more enjoyable! Thank you all, and if I ever come this way again I hope I can stay with you.

We stayed at the Wielopole Rooms - truly a great little hotel. The rooms were immaculate, breakfast tasty and substantial and the staff ever-helpful. A real find in such a central location at a budget price. Touches such as leaving a bottle of juice or water in the rooms every day, and also either a chocolate or some biscuits mark it out as a place that really cares to make its guests feel welcome. Would unhesitatingly recommend it to any travellers to Krakow. Lynnda
